Everyday Warehousers offers a money back guarantee on all purchases. We simply ask that you notify our customer service department within 7 days of receipt of your product at 601-853-9995 to arrange for return, replacement, exchange, or refund. Items can be returned for any reason, if undamaged in the original package for a full refund. We will also make arrangements for a replacement, exchange or refund for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described.
Everyday Warehousers is a family owned business and stands behind all the products it sells. We guarantee that this item will arrive in good working order. If there is any problem with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us immediatley at customerservice@everydaywarehousers.com. We typically respond to customer service emails during our normal business hours which are 9-5 CDT Monday through Friday. All our orders are processed and shipped within two business days. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. All customer information is kept strictly confidential and we do not sell or share mailing lists or any other contact information with any other entities.
